Based in Sablet, Domaine de l'Espigouette has been in the hands of the Latour family for four generations. Now run by Bernard Latour and sons, their wines offer powerful expressions of the differing terroirs of their vineyards. Latour's grandfather was one of the first to plant Syrah in Vacqueyras in the 1960s and this wine remains the signature of their estate.
